When a programme needs crews it can count on, tier-1s and Openreach partners call Elite Telecoms — the UK telecommunications contractor covering the full network lifecycle. Network build, OR & PIA surveys, splicing, copper jointing, cabling and poling — fully accredited teams, ready to mobilise
Most subbies do one thing. Elite Telecoms Services Ltd covers the full network lifecycle — network build, surveys across Openreach and PIA infrastructure, fibre splicing, copper jointing, cabling and every kind of poling, from hard-to-reach installations using specialist machinery and suitable manual techniques to spider crane lifts. That means fewer contractors on your programme, fewer interfaces to manage, and one accountable team from survey to sign-off.
Reliable, end-to-end network services delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.
Telegraph pole installation, replacement, removal and testing, with hard-to-reach and crane poling for different site access requirements.
A crew lets you down, a route stalls, and suddenly you’re explaining missed milestones on the client call. That’s the situation we exist for.
Elite Telecoms mobilises accredited telecoms crews in 2–4 weeks — build, survey, splice or pole — and once we’re on your programme, we stay on it.
We slot into your delivery team, work to your specs and your reporting, and take whole routes off your hands when you need us to. No chasing, no excuses, no surprises on the WIP call.
We also work directly with fibre altnets, utilities and private landowners — and with civils and wider utilities on our roadmap, we’re building towards full turnkey delivery.
Safe, coordinated traffic management without relying on third-party contractors.
Our in-house team can manage vehicle movements, pedestrian access and site traffic alongside the wider project, helping keep works safe, organised and moving efficiently.
Every operative carries the right tickets, and every job is backed by RAMS, lift plans and full insurance.
Crews available across the UK, with rapid mobilisation for urgent pole replacements.
Hard-to-reach poling with specialist machinery and suitable manual techniques, alongside spider crane and long reach crane options for different site access requirements.
Tier-1s keep us on speed dial because we do what we say — safely, on time, first time.
